Building division

Bio-Protect is divided into two departments:
Property Care, this department focuses on : property

• Treatment against wood-eating insects (death watch beetle, capricorn beetle etc.)
• Treatment of dry rot fungus and other wood-eating fungi
• Treatment of capillary damp (lateral or rising) and waterproofing problems.
• Accredited applicator of Technichem products: façade waterproofing and injections of water-repellent dampcourses in masonry, treatment against hygroscopic salts (chloride, nitrate etc.)
• Conservation and restoration of old buildings: consolidation products (for masonry, porous bricks etc.) using the most advanced 1 or 2-part resins.

Pest Control:

• Protection and prevention treatment against insect and rodent pests.
• Pigeon deterrence on private and public buildings: Bio-Bird.
